Rain or shine, Main Street Marion’s Oktoberfest commences this Friday, October 3rd at 5 p.m. in the 3rd Street Courtyard, 119 E 3rd St. Marion Tent and Awning has taken precautions to make sure everyone stays dry in the Courtyard with their big tents! Enjoy a German-inspired dinner by Vada’s, tasty brews by Fountain Square Brewing Company, themed entertainment and joyful music, and twinkling lights until midnight!
Back for the 2nd year is the Mississinewa Valley German Band! The “oompah” band will take the stage at 5:30 p.m. Their lively spirited music is sure to incite dancing downtown and rousing cheers of “Prost!” Following local acts include Carter Street at 7 p.m. and Common Ancestry at 9:30 p.m. This fun combination of music is guaranteed keep you in the Oktoberfest spirit all night!
