Main Street Marion awarded NAP Tax Credits for 2015

Main Street Marion has been awarded Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) tax credits this year.  This program allows our donors to receive a state tax credit equal to one-half the amount of the donation.  You would also be eligible for the allowable federal income tax deduction.  The revenue generated through this special offer will be used to support the Main Street Marion mission to revitalize and invigorate the downtown Marion district.

If you would like to make a donation and receive NAP credits please complete the NC-10 Form which you can download at mainstreetmarion.com/organization/forms, and return the completed form with your check made out to Main Street Marion.

Businesses can donate cash, materials, supplies or equipment; technical assistance and professional services; labor; real estate; or stocks and bonds.  You may make a donation from $100.00 to $2,000.00 before the end of the year to receive the tax benefit.

This highly competitive grant supports local programming and keeps your state tax dollars right here in our community, allowing you to determine how they are used.  These tax credits go quickly.  Make sure you can take advantage of this offer by donating soon.

Thank you very much for your consideration.  Our donors and clients both benefit from this opportunity, and for that we are grateful.
